Jaume Guasch, known by his spiritual name Swami Gushananda, is the creator of the Yoga International Institute and of the Catalan University of Yoga.
A whole life devoted to the study and spreading of yoga, to the training of teachers and to the practice of interiorisation. His teaching always reminds us that the centre of every spiritual path is the particular person who walks it.
